I own a reliance GSM up west number [protected]. As i am not satisfied with the network & services of reliance so i wanted to port my number to some other operator but reliance is not providing me Unique porting code. Everytime i send a massage to 1900 i get a reply saying "this service is temporarily unavailable". I contacted reliance customer care & lodge many complaints about this issue but everytime i was just given a fake promise that my complaint will be resolved soon. It's been more than 3 months since i am trying to get UPC code but unfortunately i am still getting the same reply .

I want to change Reliance GSM service provider to the Airtel but after at least 50 attempt i am not getting UPC code since last six Month every time i am getting Error in reply as "Your Request Could Not Be processed"

Please Help me to get out of this Problem.
This kind of behaviour from the Service Provider increases the anger quotient and hosts a negetive advertisement toward the provider.
