Reliance Communications — Unnecessary balance deduction

My no. Is [protected] i am facing this problem from last four days, every day reliance is deducting around 25rs towards VAS services like TECh Zone & Hungama services but i had never activated those services. whenever i call to customer care they refunded my amount but they are not resolved this issue permanently. so whenever my balance is deducted i call to customer care, repeatedly am doing this from last 4 days. please give me the permanent solution for this. very poor service by reliance .
Today also 10rs was deducted.
