[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unnecessary Balance deductions. | |||
After using reliance as service provider for more than 6 months now, In continuation of balance deduction in last 2 months, this month also deductions have been made for unsubscribed services and requests. Last month I complained regarding the same and got my deduction waived off but this month again deduction has been made. This is totally unacceptable and unjustified. I made a call to Roorkee from my reliance mobile [protected] and the charge deducted was rs 75 for approx 5 min. The customer associate said it was a international call as according them I input double zero before the dialled no. but the surprising fact was that I didn't did. when I dialed the same no. From Vodafone the charges were nominal.
