[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unnecessary deduction | |||||
From last 1 month I suffering from this prob one VAS has being subscribed name shotforbisc which i have not subscribed for.when I recharge my no they deduct all money for subscription charge. I spoke to reliance customer care they told that there is no data available for your numbers .I am trying to deactivate service but it's also not happen .on 9th of August I talked with krishna (customer care) he told me that now ur balance never deducted after that i recharged two time but they deduct my all amounts. From last 3 days I continues calling in customer care they always told there is server problem plz call after two hour I as a customer is unable to understand why this phenomenon is happening. I am totally unstatisfied with the feedback received from customer care. For customer like us it is just wastage of time, money and energy. I just want the refund of these amounts deducted and ensure that such things not happen in future. Please kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.
