[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unnecessary deduction of balance

I am using the reliance GSM service having no. 91+[protected]. My balance have been deducted today for VAS Shtfmts STalk Pack Rs. 5.00 and VAS Hungama GSM Rs. 1.00 even though I have not subscribed to any of the VAS. I also have sent the msg to stop VAS on 155223 but it replied that no services are activated on this no.

I have sent an email to '[email protected]' providing the compliant. I received the amount deducted unnecessarily and also the revert on the mail informing about the refund.
