Hello Sir, I have registered complaint for 25/08/14 for that internet issue. My problem solved on 05/09/14 but bill payment generated with out deduction for that day. So, I can not pay total amount in unused days. If you will tell exact payment after that I will pay the money. Otherwise I can not paid bill amount. I want to know before due date and will pay the money. Otherwise also I can not pay penalty amount.
