[Resolved] Reliance Communications — want to lodge a complaint | |||
I am shihabuddeen syed mobile no. [protected], want to lodge a complaints against Reliance GSM services. i have recharged my no. through NET banking - indian bank of rs 125, ref no[protected] on 15/5/14 at 10:00pm . i did not recieve any message of activation on my phone while my money got deducted. Again on 17/5/14 At 1.06 pm i hav recharged my no through net bankin - indian bank of rs 125, ref no[protected] but i did nt received any msg of activation on my phone while my money got deducted. i am tryin to get line for customer call but for past two days iam not getting line. So, regarding this i want to get my deducted money refunded and i request you to take the serious action against the mobile service provider.
