[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Worst/ disgusting service, planning, communication

Number - [protected] unlimited plan. I have been using wipod since last year no issue with service & billing till june 2016.
After cdma to 4g i had faced many problems with billing as well network.

· no proper communication regarding migration to 4g. 1 week cdma no internet.

· before buying for 4g device informed same plan will continue i, e unlimited.

· after using 4g for ~ 20 days device disconnected for crossing credit limit

· after enquire at customer care connection restored & waved off amount on ~ 20 july.

· again after 15 days i, e 13 aug 2016 disconnected because credit limit and billing issue.


Now after series of events i would like to understand

Why no intimation about 4g plan before buying 4g device as i used to pay 1150 rs monthly?
If everything cleared before buying then this situation would have not occurred.

From my side i had paid monthly billing amount time to time as per my plan pl check for july & aug.
So pl give clarification regarding disturbance wrt to 4g plans and i am not interested to further with plans since i don see clarity & price is high hence i won’t be continuing with your service.

About pending amount as i do not see any meaning since it was not communicated to me about new plan and charges & this is completely your mistakes for which i may go for complaint at consumer court.

Pl keep in mind that device i bought is no use because of your mistakes & settle amount.

This is really ridiculous and disgusting service i have seen which i have never expect and experienced from reliance in the past.
