[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Wrong account adjustment | |||
I was using reliance postpaid connection with no. [protected]. I was about to port this no. with another mobile operator, after my port message I received a call from RCOM and they told me that I have to pay Rs. 100 from current payment for next 6 months. As per there call/instruction I paid my bill with 100 shortfall (which they told me to settle). After my payment they hold my call service and sent me next month bill also. Then I fought with customer care and reliance store also but they said that the reduction of 100/- Rs. will be applicable from next month invoice whether I paid short because of their communication. After that RCOM blocked my SIM Service and continue issue next month bill also, company did this 3 times, So this amount was going due. As it was fault of company's commitment so I didn't paid that 100 Rs. and in this course RCOM blocked my services and regularly issued bills. Now RCOM is continue follows up for balance payment. But I denied for payment. Now by today I got a legal Notice by mail.Why should I liable to pay ? Kindly help me.Exact date are not in my mind. but its matter from SEP-16 to March-17. My mobile number [protected], [protected] both are porting from TATA DOCOMO TO RELIANCE, Again & again i complained but problem not solved yet, earlier i mail to u your executive talk to me, but problem is the same, plz solved my network issues as earlier or release me from ur network so i back my DOCOMO plan.
