Reliance Communications — Wrongly charged for internet in my bill of rs 3293.90 & 139.80 for voice calls | |||||
My number [protected] i was in airtel & in reliance cdma there was porting scheme magic 1300 with 50% discount for porting customer so i joined reliance in the month of june cdma service was closed by reliance so i was given reliance 4g simcard & i had conformed that my plan will be same or it will be changed i was told it will be same. On 26 july i received sms from reliance as Dear customer your existing plan is being discontinued you will now enjoy 3gb 4g data, 2500 all india mins, 1500 sms, @rs.1300 mrc w. e. f. 26th july On 2 aug 2016 at 10:27 am i received another sms as Free unit details for netconnect usage mb Allocated unit 976562.5 Unit consumed 32833.81 Balance unit 943728.69 Validity 13/08/2016. 23:59:59. On 9 aug 2016 at 10:22 am i received another sms as Free unit details for netconnect usage mb Allocated unit 693.68 Unit consumed 693.68 Balance unit 0, Validity 13/08/2016. 23:59:59. On change over from cdma to 4g i was told 10gb will be given as 4g service is activated My usage for netconnect as follows in mb 14/7/2016 to 25/7/2016 consumed unit 16082.in magic 1300 umlimited plan, 26/7/2016 to 1/8/2016 i haved consumed 14751.86 2/8/16 to 8/8/2013 i have consumed 21412.68 O from 26/7/2016 to 8/8/2016 i have consumed total 36164.54 Allocated unit as on 26/7/2016 was 97656.5 mb On 9/8/2016 my outgoing service was barred i had talked to senior officer floor madhuri she told after bill generation it will be solved and after 3 hrs outgoing was activated Again on 14/8/2016 my outgoing service was barred i had talked to sameer customer care my complain number[protected] & was told after bill generation it will be solved and after 3 hrs outgoing was activated On 17/8/2016 i had called customer care & talked to senior floor officer mr rizwan khan and was given complain number[protected] & was told all charges extra will be reversed Again on on 19/8/2016 my outgoing service was barred i had talked to customer care twice with mr ujwal gahayawat & mr rahuk jhomi i was requested them to transfer my call to senior officer but was told they all are busy & they will contact you but didnt received any call back & was told till 20/08/2016 nobody can activate outgoing call you have to wait Ir my request is that if they are talking 3 days to resolve query why should the barred outgoing service O kindly look in the matter Was this information helpful? | |||||
