[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Wrongly charges | |||
Dear sir, Through this mail I would like to inform that I am regular using Relaince CDMA sim ([protected] ) but at random without informing customer this sim is teriminated although in that sim regular monthly recharges was done. This numbers is very important because this number is distributed everywhere as I am related to marketing field .Due to sudden stoppage of sim creates a lot of problem for me. Then through sitapur cluster head AJAY SINGH told me that he will reactivate the sim so for that I will buy a new post paid CDMA connection but later he will tell that he will not able to reactivate the sim. Then I was informed that lucknow distribution head BISWA SINGH told that he will tell that he will reactivate the sim free of cost but after few days he will again tell that he will not able to reactivate the sim so because of these reasons my number is terminated approx two months for which I have to suffer huge loss in business.Again any how the number is reactivated on 3 Aug 2015 for which i have to pay Rs 3520 which is illegal charge because it was my old number not a new number. Now I want to know through whose order my sim was terminated for which I have to pay Rs 3520 for reactivating the sim.Atlast I want to refund my money back which is wrongly charged through me This number {[protected]} is not a new selected number, though it was previous number which I was reactivating again This number was in regular use for past five years. So kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible & inform me -- Dear sir, this number is terminated reason for DSR category, not for non usage of recharge. As i was previously working in sitapur communication (RELIANCE COMMUNICATION ) at that time DSR sim was provided to me but after leaving the company DSR facility was withdraw from my sim.As according to u if DSR facility was going on u have to withdraw DSR facility & not the sim facility, i[censored] have to terminate the sim u would have to inform me before regarding this but u haven't done this, but terminate the sim at random.But i[censored] have inform me ealier then i will port it into other company but without informing me, u have terminate the sim for which my number was not working for aaprox two months I have to bear huge loss in business.
