I am having your postpaid number [protected] at 22/g noombal arena, puliambedu, chennai 600077 ([protected]@gmail.com). I have zero connectivity for the last 8 days now. Neither your customer care helpline nor email is responding to calls/emails. I am a senior citizen and without connectivity i am not able to make any financial transactions, book taxis or book tickets. I am not able to make any outgoing calls, not receiving any incoming calls and no otos are being receivied on sms. This is very regrettable that your customer response is so very abysmally bad.
