I have purchased a. C. Split type l. G. Ks-q18gwzd on dtd 22.05.2019 which is delivered on dtd 26.05.2019 due to your wrong informtaion provided by your salesman as model is not availabe in jabalpur and after wrong installation it is failed to work from dtd 12.06.02019. I have complaint the same day but till date problem is not resolved. Purpose of a. C. To cool but in this summer season i am unable to use this as already 1 month lapsed and a. C. Is not working

KS-Q18GWZD ON DTD 22.05.2019 WHICH IS DELIVERED ON DTD 26.05.2019 due to your wrong informtaion provided by your salesman as model is not availabe in jabalpur AND AFTER WRONG INSTALLATION IT IS FAILED TO WORK FROM DTD 12.06.02019. I HAVE COMPLAINT THE SAME DAY BUT TILL DATE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED. Purpose of A.C. to cool but in this summer season i am unable to use this as already 1 month lapsed and A.C. is not working
