Reliance Digital — AC 2 ton installation | |||
I ordered 2 ton ac online and got it promptly delivered next day. But for installation no response either from reliance digital or whoever supposed to fix it. I understand from unreliable sources that it may take more than 4days for technician to respond. This seems to be the problem with reliance digital. They have no after sales support and they are happy having sold it. People should be wary about ordering /buying anything from them. They are not bothered about customer satisfaction. Thanks. Reliance Digital Online is only interested in selling products. They don't even respond to email, but you will get prompt acknowledgement for your mail, system generated.
