[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Ac not delivered | |||
Hello, I have purchased my LG 1.5 Ton 3star split ac on 22th of may(Invoice: txn#45) at the Reliance Digital Diamond Plaza, Kolkata, i have been told that my ac will be delivered within 24 hours and installation will be done within 24 hours of delivery. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IS WITH RELIANCE DIGITAL NOW, THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD, i did not get the ac delivered till 3 days and i am still waiting for the product. And I have called your store so many times..they said it will deliver by today morning or sometimes today evening. I am really tired to call them. Hope you will take action.
