Please take a strong note that my ac which i had purchased a year back from your inorbit store in hyderabad has not been serviced even once from your end. There was just one call and at that time i was not present at my place. I explained the same to the executive and he promised a call back. Post that he went unresponsive. Now there is huge discomfort and misappropriation visible and i guess because of no servicing. I want to understand why it has been this way and how are you looking to resolve it. Why don’t you have a mechanism for service or product feedback via any media, calls can be avoided, for regular interface. The product is from a great brand and the service should also be on the same page to live the expectations and experience. I am sorry to say but you have failed a customer here and i truly have no idea what effort would be there from your end. Could i please expect a call or visit! And please make yourself clear instead of harassing me with your sugar coated words. Please suggest and assist.
