I have purchased a Lloyd 1 ton ac on 24rd april from reliance digital store situated in Esplanade mall, Bhubaneswar, odisha. It got delivered next day. It was supposed to be installed by reliance itself either on 25th april or 26th april. But the installation guy didn't come until late evening of 26th. After coming he said he can't install in the evening. So he came again on 27th april morning to install. And the installation is again faulty. Within 15mins of running the ac all gas got leaked due to their fault. From then till 28th afternoon i have been calling them continuously to fix this but they are either not receiving my calls or slight excuses that there are some issues we will be late and all. No proper communication received from their side. Customer care is also not receiving calls. It's really disgusting service from reliance.
