My Daikin AC was taken for repair 3 weeks based on a service complaint raised with Reliance Digital, Thiruvanmiyur.
In a couple of days, received a call from this number, +[protected], where the technician said, the call has been registered as a service call against a repair call, hence need to be closed. however, the problem in the machine has been rectified and under investigation. After closing the service call, the machine will be delivered and fixed in a couple of days.
Trusting the technicians words, agreed to close the service call hoping it will be registered as a repair call. It has been 3 weeks now, nobody including the store manager is thiruvanmiyur is taken responsibility of delivering our machine. Even for last five days we are being promised every hour to get our machine delivered, its 8.07 pm now and till now our machine is not delivered. The technician is not answering my calls now.
