[Resolved] Reliance Digital — AC Servicing | |||
I had taken 3 resq plans for my AC's on 20th December. Accordingly i raised a service request for servicing my AC's around 11 March. Whilst 2 AC's have been serviced after numerous calls to your call center, the fate of 1 AC is not yet been attended even after several calls to your call center. Apparently gas has to be filled and the service technician keeps promising that they will send somebody for removing the AC which never happens. I totally frustrated and irritated by the callous attitude of your call center agents and your service engineers from Thirumala agencies. At one instance the complaint was closed even though it was pending. How can you close the complaint without close looping with the customer. This is a basic requirement.
