Reliance Digital — After sale service not provided | |||
Hello, I have bought a new washing machine on 16/07/2015. We have been told that the person will come for installation. We did payment and all. The store head give her number and now when we calling her she is telling that our machine is semi automatic and there will be no installation provided. Also to add the person said they will take old machine and pay rs 500 for same, but no response from their end. Can you please do the needful. I feel like cheated. If I didnot get proper respond this time as I am following up from 2 days I have to take further steps. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||
