[Resolved] Reliance Digital — After service by Reliance Digital for bought Refrigerator under warranty | |||
The worst service one could ever encounter I found is by 'Reliance Digital'. (Complaint no. [protected] on Reliance digital customer care no. [protected] on 5th June 2014) A refrigerator which is stops working a day and when a complaint is filed in the customer care center they send you a technician in 24 hrs for a check up. The technician who is totally incapable of dealing with the issue and is not able to identify the fault and makes a bogus fault complaint. After 3 days another technician comes and tells that the fault is something else and again makes a different fault case for the refrigerator. The Faulty component is taken by the second technician for replacement or repair. But then everything gets freezed, the technician, the service center, the service coordinator, customer care center...and the showroom ( Fun City Aggarwal Mall, CBD Shahdara, Delhi - 110032) from where from I purchased the refrigerator. Its been 13 days since the complaint is filed and yet no response from them. In hot summer when your refrigerator stops working situation at becomes so critical and it worsens when you have bought the product from 'Reliance digital' Astonishingly Poor, Lazy, Unresponsive, Pathetic and I would say the worst ever after service experience I ever felt in my life.
