[Resolved] Reliance Digital — air conditioner reliance digital _ gip noida | |||
Took advance payment for ac and denied to deliver on the committed date. Forced us to buy another expensive ac in place of the one we have made advance payment for. When we denied buying the expensive unit they asked to wait for another 1 week. With great difficulty agreed to refund but took six days to initiate the refund. They are not giving us any date or duration of refund. Have been badly harassed by the team. We feel so cheated. Was this information helpful? | |||
