Reliance Digital — airconditioner/ 1.8t not working since four months

Hi Customer care,
We purchased split ac in March 2018 and since June, 2018 it is not working.Have submitted multiple complaints and 4 technicians have come and left with no resolution.They say they need a safety belt and leave the location.Iam extremely tired and want to escalate this situation.We need an immediate solution for the same.
