I had ordered for a pair of apple airpods with charging case on 31.07.2020.
I haven't received an order yet, my order id is rdf04525565 haven't received it - although it promised the next day delivery.
I called the customer service and they said they would give me the callback and that never processed either.
Wanted to cancel this order and initiate the refund as soon as possible - they say they will get back but they don't respond after the first customer care reply! I hope you take this issue seriously during times when people cannot visit stores and depend on services like yours to be arriving on time. Was this information helpful? |
