Hello team,
We purchased the UHDTV 40" from Reliance Digital, Banjara hills, Hyderabad on 15th August and also as a Independence offer we had given free UHD ready smart card (of Rs. 6500/-).
In this regard, I would request you to setup "UHDTV smart card ready connection" immediately. Please consider this request as urgent as it pending for long time.
IMPORTANT:
I'm following this request along with ref: service ticket number: [protected], please address this immediately otherwise I would take appropriate steps to escalate this issue.
PS:
Reliance Support team, please follow up with Airtel so that we have the "UHDTV smart card ready connection" setup promptly resolved.
Expecting the prompt response and resolution in this regard.
