[Resolved] Reliance Digital — anker power bank not charging | |||
Dear team, I have bought a anker brand power bank On 7 march 2018. I used only 10 days. Now its not charging. I went to near reliance digital forum fiza mall manglore. I spoke to the customer aervice deapartment and even manager also.. They are saying that its a not our fualt. Its brand fualt. We have to send this product to that perticuler brand. And they dont even know how many days will take. If this is the reason why should i buy this product in such a big comapny reliance digital. I could have bought somewere else. I have bought so many things from reliance digital. From today i will not buy anything from their. And i would suggest my freind also dont buy anything from their. When we go to buy a product staffs are treating us very fairly. But when we come up with any complaint they are treating us impatiently.. Customer service ia very very poor.
