[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — AOC 32 Inch Branch new LED TV not working

I bought a AOC 32Inch LED TV on 21st of Sep'14 from Reliance Digital, HSR Layout Branch. The TV was delivered on the same day but no one visited for Installation till one week of the delivery of the TV. Some one had visited on 27th of Sep'14 for installation and identified that there was a problem with the Panel of the TV and informed that the TV will be replaced. Subsequent day i.e. on 28th Sep another Technician had visited my home and checked the TV and said there was a problem with the Panel and it will be replaced in a day or two.. TIll today, no one had visited and my repeated followup with the Reliance Digital had gone waste. Really not able to get this resolved and clueless with the kind of service provided by them.
