I bought AOC LED 40 inxh on sept-2014 from Reliance Digital, vaishali nagar ajmer. After around may month picture got lost. Then technician come to home and told me need to change panel. They told me to wait for 1 week company will give you replacement. I call him then i say give me new tv as a replacement then they told company policy that they dont give new led they give old led as replacement. I want new product or refund.
