Reliance Digital — Apple 20W charging adapter

Ordered one Apple 20W adapter from Reliance Digital online store on 17th of November and choose the delivery option as pick up at store. After made the payment it was showing order is ready to pick. So usually I went to the store and asked them about my order and they confirmed my order and that time they printed one temporary bill and get me the product but at the final checkout time they told me that in their system some technical issues are there so they are unable to fetch my order details so they are unable to print the original copy of the bill. So they told me that on that day nothing is possible and please do visit the store again on 18th that means the next day. That day also same thing happened i went the store for 2 times but issue was not solved so I called customer care executive and asked to look into the matter he replied me the order is now ready you can go and collect you order again i went there that was the third time and they again told the same thing and they told me that if they cancel the order then it might be work the amount will be refunded and again you can replace the order so I told them to do that and also i called the customer care executive and explained the whole matter and he also canceled the order from his site and told me within 1-2 days the order gets canceled but today is day 5 but there is no sign of cancellation when I called them again they are telling to wait.
So much of harassment that they are doing to me. I want that you please look into the matter and help me get my refund as soon as possible.
