I bought boat bassheads 228 fr offline store and after four months it's one sided. To claim warranty it requires bill and invoice number which I don't know. Please help me get them!!

    Today I have visited one of your branch

    Very worst experience at here, there is no parking facility for park the car. My vehicle has been catches by traffic police bcoz of leaving near your showroom.m, Superb support by showroom manager given excellent feedback from him, we don’t have the parking space so if traffic police catches your vehicle we are not responsible for your vehicle, this is way of talking to the customer. This is why we came to purchase in ur shop.
    Kindly take an action on him.

      I have purchased BPL TV 50 inches from reliance digital & sales team inform us that we are getting 2 years warranty with that TV. Unfortunately Tv has been stopped working after 3 months of purchase we raised a complaint on 29th September 2022 & sent a mail to reliance customer service hence they replied by saying problem has been resolved & panel replacement will be done in 3 working days but as of now more than 3 weeks we didn't get any repairs or replacement.         Address: Beside railway station, Rajahmundry

        About a week back I purchased a lg tv (55 inch) at Rajahmundry store near railway station.
        After completing the payment the employee of reliance digital branch said they wil deliver the tv next day and installation will be done after the delivery of the product.
        The very next day they delived the product at time and I was happy. When the installation guy came and opened the tv, it has a screen damaged and he said they will replace it.
        After 2 days they came with a new tv and opened it also has a damage.
        At present I had 2 tvs both are damaged
        The employees in the Rajahmundry branch saying it will take another 2 days to deliver
        I paid the total amount and getting damaged tv twice and an inappropriate answers about the delivery.
        I need to cancel the order and I want full refund of my amount that I paid to the lg tv(55inch)
        I’m vexed with the branch members of rajahmundry
        I need to cancel the order and I need refund
        Please consider my request.

          Just to summarise the problem here:
          The only reason I bought the 'Samsung twin cooling 465l' from the reliance digital Brookfield mall store, was that the Freezer can be converted to a 'fridge mode' and also you can 'turn it off', as explained by the sales agent (Girish). Once we got the product installed, we found out that the Freezer doesn't turn off & that the cooling still happens. Since then I have been constantly chasing the store team (Ali, Mohan & Arun) and no one is taking any further step on this. Now, If the product is expected to behave as it is supposed to, and since there has been an incorrect sales pitch, kindly get the product replaced with another product/brand or get the amount returned. I am stuck with a product which is not working as it supposed to be. Also attached is the inspection receipt that has been shared by Samsung & reliance technicians to validate that this "freezer turn off" feature doesn't work. I had been patient for a month & half now, but Kindly note that i have to take a legal route if there's no resolution to this before Dassehra.

          I am also sharing the overall experience below, that I had to go through since Aug13th till date:
          1) wasted more than 2-3 hrs on Aug13th in the Phoenix Mall store because of a payment issue
          2) bought the product on Aug14th from the Brookfield store. But the product was delivered on an incorrect date
          3) had to wait more than 5-6 days post delivery for the installation after multiple follow ups
          4) during the product installation, found the product was damaged
          5) had to wait for another 4-5 days for the fresh product
          6) once the fresh product was delivered, had to wait another couple of days for installation
          7) after the product got installed, I waited for a couple of days to check the freezer turn off option, but it never turned off and since then I have been chasing back and forth with no response

                Hello,
                This is regarding My purchase of IPhone 14 on dated 5th of October. This item should be delivered on 9th of October but not yet delivered. I called twice on the support number to know the reason of delay in delivery but support person’s was unable to provide any details they just raised Complent : DR02316432. Also Support person is not able to provide any progress of complaint or the delivery status. Is there any other way to track the details of complaint?
                I am really worried about the the delivery of my product. Please address my concern at the earliest and help to get product delivered. Thanks

I called customer care form reliance digital but they replied "Please wait tillthe end of day". They are saying the same at 8 PM also. It's already 8PM, Will delivery agent deliver my product on 12 o' clock?

                      I purchased two in past 3 years, one through Reliance digital and another source. I purchased extended warranties for both of them(till 2023 and 2024), through Reliance Digital ResQ. For initial 1 or 2 years the maintenance was regular. Now leave periodic maintenance, they won't even answer repair calls for either of the ac. I'm wondering if they are doing it on purpose.

                        My mother purchased her Samsung A52 in January. She has had several repairs from the first month and every time either the touch is not working or the phone is hanging or the Calls don't go, the phone doesn't ring loud, the problems are never ending many from the time she bought it . Every-time time she takes it to the service centre, it's only temporary fix and after few days there's a new problem that arises. We requested for a replacement but the store refuses to do so .
                        I feel a new phone should not be giving so many problems . I demand a replacement ! The phone is still under warranty and we are very fed up of the amount of problems she is facing with her phone . I live away from my parents and they are old and all on their own . it is becoming very hard for me to keep contact them and it's difficult for them to keep running to service centres to get the phone repaired all the time. You People don't understand the struggle we people have to go through for purchasing a faulty phone device. My parents health is being spoiled over such an issue. If this problem does not solve I am going to report the reliance digital RAJAHMUNDRY BRANCH. Please take suitable action.

                          I have Reliance RESQ Extended warranty, my Samsung AC was throughing Error PC 00 and PC04 on 19th September, Team visited promptly with in a two days but they where unbale to resolve the issue immediately and they mentioned that PCB board need to be replaced and they left, not its neary 20 days I have not received any call from any one. I escalated many time via email and by calling customer services but I just get a reply with in a day my issue will get fixed but nothing happens

                          I'm really frustrated with support and service provided by Reliance RESQ. There is no Grevience team who can address the escalation.

                          Now I am wondering why did I taken the services from Reliance. If Reliance is not correcting their support and services this will impact their name very much

                            Dear Reliance Digital Team, Right at the outset of the mail, I would like to express my umpteen dissatisfaction towards the service provided and the situation in which it is being handled. I had placed an order in your Reliance Digital, Guwahati Store for an 1 Plus 10 Pro handset, along with full payment. The order was also confirmed and due for delivery today. I had also received a call about the delivery status.- informing me that the consignment will be delivered today itself.However, later in the day I received another message informing me that my order is cancelled. How can this be...i need a prompt revert and a solution to this matter. I have made a full payment on a confirmed order...and how come you cancel it. Dont bound me to take to the social media and the review section of the Companys Portal.

                              This is R. Murali, customer from Perungalathur, Purchased AC and Stabilizer at Reliance Muduciur, Chennai 600063 on 28/03/2022. I am facing issues on non-functioning of AC (Compreser not working) and Stabilizer from September 20 2022 onwards. I have raised a complaint on the above date, facing issue till date, as you have responded me that there is no Safestab stabilizer stocks all over India, later I received so many calls due to non availability of Safestab stabilizer and also your team asked me pay extra amount for purchase of new Vguard stabilizer. After 10 days I agreed to pay extra amount, your company side sent a mail on 01/10/2022 regarding refund amount, but till now amount credited. I have also registereda complaint to Reliance Digital mudichur shop regarding non functioning of my new AC. Still no one attended yet. What is happening in Reliance digital mudichur shop. No proper communication from shop side. We have paid the amount but service provided by you is very worst. This the way you treat customer. Toady stabilizer replacement team attended, they asked for entire amount of Rs.4200/-, I have not received any refund amount till date, asked your team to confirm Reliance digital mudichur branch and I asked that team to check the AC they said no one informed about it sir, then I requested to check my AC, they checked but it not resolved, compresses not working. I have intimated shop over phone on 20/09/2022 and directly on 28/09/2022. But no one interested to resolve the issues faced by the customer, After that Stabilizer team asked to pay the amount of 4200/-, till now AC not working, refund amount not credited yet., I asked why should I pay without resolving the issues. Past six months I facing issues on AC.So I reques to replace the new AC, otherwise refund my entire amount. I am really upset for purchasing AC at Reliance Muduciur Branch.

                              I am expecting to resolve the issues but your company side and Reliance Digital mudichur branch not even respond till now. This the way you treat customer. I have made complained on 20/09/2022, today is 10/10/2022 more then 20 days. Not even single measures taken by taken your company side, AC issues not solved, amount not refunded ( Your company side told with in two days amount refunded in your account, now ten days passed), stabilizer not replaced. I have informed branch, I will register a complaint, they told you may do sir and asked it will take one or two days. What is happening there, really I fed up with service by Reliance Digital mudichur shop and your team.

                              I have registered a Complaint regarding safestab Stabilizer and AC not working on September 20 2022. Without take any action to resolve till date and also as per the resQ app by Reliance shows, both complaint was resolved without my knowledge and attached along with this mail. This is the way your company treat the customer. More than 20days passed still not resolved. But your compliant register shows it is resolved.
                              From the initial stage onwardsm facing issues. No one knows real issues when and where it arised. Today also visited Reliance digital mudichur shop.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        During the sell I order Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, on 24.09.2022 Order No. RDF39790612 and the Tracking ID is AWB: [protected] wich would be delivered on 30.09.2022, Parcel reached at Hub on 28.09.2022. From that day the parcel is Scanned at hub daily but not forwarding Delivery Center for delivery. Further I raised Complaint at Reliance Digital Helpline number, they said it will take 24-72 hrs to resolve complaint, but I didnt got any resolution yet. I also request to talk with senior executive they give the half hour time to call back but I didn't receive any call from any person. I Visited two times at Delivery Center they are saying that the parcel is at Hub and they cant do anything. I also visited the hub twice and requested to forward parcel at DC so that it could be delivered but they are also not giving any reason.
                                        In this regard, I am requesting you to please resolve the issue so that I could get my parcel.
