We had order sony home theater on 30 Oct 2022 of rs 18690/- but on next day due to out off stock order canceled again same day next order requested but again next day carder canceled without any intimation, if called to care center they told me that product is out off stock. If at the time of product is out off stock then how order is confirm and how amount is deducted from account, it means they are making fraud with customer ...They are use money of customer without interest care center told me Money will refund with 7 working days...Pls stop this nonsense and refund on same days

    I have ordered two products from reliance digital on 15 October but unfortunately i have to cancel both the orders on 16 October. After cancellation of product i got the refund of one product only and the refund for the second product is still pending. It has been more than two weeks. I have raised a complaint by calling their customer care but didn’t receive any response yet. The company num is RR02378664 and order num is RDF41687718. Plz solve my issue as soon as possible.

      Hello i have ordered a monitor on[protected].They told it will delivered on[protected].But i didnt get any call about delivery and i contacted customer care and they told order came back to warehouse because of no response from buyer. I didnt even receive a single call about delivery. And again i called the customer care on 31-10-22. They told order is cancelled and it will be refunded in 7 days but still in app it shows my product is shipped. Can i know what is happening? Will i get my refund?

        I have purchased a L.G Refrigerator on 25/10/2022 from Reliance Digital at Vivekananda plaza, 53 Vivekananda colony, Panihati, Khardah. Kol-114.
        They misguided and gave antivirus of mobile (bodyguard) without any informed my include rs. 799/- in bill value.
        Actually i did not need an antivirus for mobile.
        Because of misguidance of sales person, I had to pay rs. 799/-
        More for the unneeded antivirus, In this way the company's persons cheat customers like me.
        Please arrange to return back of rs. 799/- which amount had given for antivirus (Bodyguard) of mobile.

          I have purchased my product on 23 oct and after that they said your product will be delivered to you tomorrow.I waited for the day i.e 24 oct my product was delivered to me yet. And I was trying to reach out the service center people and they were not picking up my phone calls, they ignored me whole day . At night I got sms that your phone is delivered after that I also tried to reach out them but as usual they never responded. On the next day i.e on 25 oct I tried to reach out them at 11 am they said within next 2 hour your product will be delivered to you I said fine. But till 5 pm i have not get the product yet and there service people are not behaviour is also not good for the customer. So I urge you to take legal action against the reliance digital store which is located at Hinjewadi, Pune.

            On reliance Digital, on 30/09/2022 I have placed order vide Order No: RDF40611079 for "ZEBRONICS MT61-ZEB A22FHD 54.6 cm (21.5 inch) Monitor. After repeated followups they have delivered item on 15/10/2022 bun in screen damaged i.e. cracked condition. ( Scheduled delivery -05/10/2022)

            Very next day on 16/10/2022 I have placed return request vide REF No : PR0232536.

            But nothing happenenig. On 19/10/2022 at 1640 Hrs the courrier person came for collection of item but refused to take Item by saying that he is a biker ( on Bike) and will not take this big item 21.5 inch monitor.

            Written plenty of mail to customer care [protected]@ril.com & to Level-1: Head of Customer Support: cshead.[protected]@ril.com &
            Level-2: CEO: BM.[protected]@ril.com

            They are replying routing plain mails that oppology for delay and give us 48 Hrs.

            Kindly help me to get my money back or replacement with serviceble new monitor.

              On 8th of October I went to Reliance Digital Store Rohtak to get my air conditioner service.
              The store code is 3790
              So Reliance's guard Mr. Karamvir talked to me in a bad manner.He doesn't have the guts that how to talk to the customer.
              He abused me in front of everyone. I told him that I can mail further for you then he says I am not afraid of such mails. So now as a customer I want that security guard to apologize to me and give me a apology letter.

                  I purchased a Toshiba TV from relianceditial.in (online). a key feature is missing in the TV that is ads panel. While purchasing it was present in product description in the website. when i received the TV. installation guy unboxed and installed the tv. thats when i saw TV is not a ADS panel. Also there is no mention of the ADS panel on box or on TV(everything in mentioned except that). That is the only feature i made the purchase for. you gave a false information on your website. reliance digital is a trusted name. that is the reason i placed the order. i am not at fault.

                  I placed the return request with in the return window. i made number of calls and emails. they are simply telling me to wait, like that kept me waiting more than 2 weeks. then i raised a complaint on reliance digital customer support. I got one reply from CC head, they said i exceeded the return window, but i raised request with in the return window. i can provide all the proof for the same. i even escalated the issue to CEO of RD BM.[protected]@ril.com. still no resolution provided. please find the picture where you can find the difference between the product details from website to real product which is delivered.

                    I bought boat bassheads 228 fr offline store and after four months it's one sided. To claim warranty it requires bill and invoice number which I don't know. Please help me get them!!

                      Very worst experience at here, there is no parking facility for park the car. My vehicle has been catches by traffic police bcoz of leaving near your showroom.m, Superb support by showroom manager given excellent feedback from him, we don’t have the parking space so if traffic police catches your vehicle we are not responsible for your vehicle, this is way of talking to the customer. This is why we came to purchase in ur shop.
                      Kindly take an action on him.

                        I have purchased BPL TV 50 inches from reliance digital & sales team inform us that we are getting 2 years warranty with that TV. Unfortunately Tv has been stopped working after 3 months of purchase we raised a complaint on 29th September 2022 & sent a mail to reliance customer service hence they replied by saying problem has been resolved & panel replacement will be done in 3 working days but as of now more than 3 weeks we didn't get any repairs or replacement.                           About a week back I purchased a lg tv (55 inch) at Rajahmundry store near railway station.
                          After completing the payment the employee of reliance digital branch said they wil deliver the tv next day and installation will be done after the delivery of the product.
                          The very next day they delived the product at time and I was happy. When the installation guy came and opened the tv, it has a screen damaged and he said they will replace it.
                          After 2 days they came with a new tv and opened it also has a damage.
                          At present I had 2 tvs both are damaged
                          The employees in the Rajahmundry branch saying it will take another 2 days to deliver
                          I paid the total amount and getting damaged tv twice and an inappropriate answers about the delivery.
                          I need to cancel the order and I want full refund of my amount that I paid to the lg tv(55inch)
                          I’m vexed with the branch members of rajahmundry
                          I need to cancel the order and I need refund
                          Please consider my request.

                            Just to summarise the problem here:
                            The only reason I bought the 'Samsung twin cooling 465l' from the reliance digital Brookfield mall store, was that the Freezer can be converted to a 'fridge mode' and also you can 'turn it off', as explained by the sales agent (Girish). Once we got the product installed, we found out that the Freezer doesn't turn off & that the cooling still happens. Since then I have been constantly chasing the store team (Ali, Mohan & Arun) and no one is taking any further step on this. Now, If the product is expected to behave as it is supposed to, and since there has been an incorrect sales pitch, kindly get the product replaced with another product/brand or get the amount returned. I am stuck with a product which is not working as it supposed to be. Also attached is the inspection receipt that has been shared by Samsung & reliance technicians to validate that this "freezer turn off" feature doesn't work. I had been patient for a month & half now, but Kindly note that i have to take a legal route if there's no resolution to this before Dassehra.

                            I am also sharing the overall experience below, that I had to go through since Aug13th till date:
                            1) wasted more than 2-3 hrs on Aug13th in the Phoenix Mall store because of a payment issue
                            2) bought the product on Aug14th from the Brookfield store. But the product was delivered on an incorrect date
                            3) had to wait more than 5-6 days post delivery for the installation after multiple follow ups
                            4) during the product installation, found the product was damaged
                            5) had to wait for another 4-5 days for the fresh product
                            6) once the fresh product was delivered, had to wait another couple of days for installation
                            7) after the product got installed, I waited for a couple of days to check the freezer turn off option, but it never turned off and since then I have been chasing back and forth with no response

                                  Hello,
                                  This is regarding My purchase of IPhone 14 on dated 5th of October. This item should be delivered on 9th of October but not yet delivered. I called twice on the support number to know the reason of delay in delivery but support person’s was unable to provide any details they just raised Complent : DR02316432. Also Support person is not able to provide any progress of complaint or the delivery status. Is there any other way to track the details of complaint?
                                  I am really worried about the the delivery of my product. Please address my concern at the earliest and help to get product delivered. Thanks

I called customer care form reliance digital but they replied "Please wait tillthe end of day". They are saying the same at 8 PM also.                                         I purchased two in past 3 years, one through Reliance digital and another source. I purchased extended warranties for both of them(till 2023 and 2024), through Reliance Digital ResQ. For initial 1 or 2 years the maintenance was regular. Now leave periodic maintenance, they won't even answer repair calls for either of the ac. I'm wondering if they are doing it on purpose.
