Dear Sir,
I have purchase RO (AQUAGUARD EDEN BRAND) from Reliance digital store at Gaur City Mall Noida on 27.08.2022 (Invoice copy attached ) along with Extended warranty from Reliance
It is to bring to your notice that on 27.10.2022 my RO started leaking and I lodged the complaint with reliance customer care.One technician visited on 29.10.2022 and he said that filters are damaged and needs to be changed to be changed by 31.10.2022.
Today when I called the same person he diverted my calls to various persons and finally they said the same part is not available.
This is totally unprofessional from Reliance as I have been purchasing water from the last one week and they have sent this defective piece to me which has been damaged within 2 months.
I called the Gaur city Mall store (Person named Mr .Manoj interacted ) and they are saying we cant do anything .part will come in one week, so my simple question is why Reliance store is selling such defective pieces and then blaming customers that due to pressure it might have failed, however when at that h time of installation when their persons come why they are not inspecting at that time.
It is my humble request to please change my Defetice RO which has been supplied by Gaur city mall store as I am facing huge problem and have to purchase water from outside from one week
Please immediately take the action or else I have to take the matter to the highest level whichever is possible Was this information helpful? |
