[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Av receiver | |||
I have raised a complaint to repair my AV Receiver that I purchased from RD a while ago. The service and response is pathetic. I keep calling them and asking when are they coming, and keep requesting please come and check the device. After repeated requests they have taken the device one week ago, but they are yet to come back with any information. No call back to me. I keep calling the person who took the device, but he keeps saying, the center will call you sir. I already told them. Still I am waiting worried. What kind of nuisance is this? Reliance Digital should be prompt and even track what is happening to each request. I am very unhappy about this, and feel I made wrong thing by purchasing from Reliance Digital.
