Reliance Digital — Bad experience with customer care and escalation team

We had bought an AC which was to be delivered by apr 1. It never arrived and on constant calls to customer support, they just create a complaint but never actually take any action. After 8 days, they said the product is not in stock and cancelled the order. The item was showing in stock and there was no proper response about the cancellation. On escalating this issue to 2 levels, they just send back a pre formatted email without even looking into issue. I spent hours on it which i cant get back. and would never buy any item from reliance digital. Absolute joke of a customer service. Stay away and save your time.
