Reliance Digital — balance of reliance tv not transferred to tata sky account.

Dear sir/ madam,
There was a message that reliance tv is not operational hence, our wardha dealer has fixed tata sky instead. Also assured that balance amount from reliance tv will be transferred to new account of tata sky.

Reliance big tv smart card no.[protected]

I have received message that amount rs.2611 is being transferred to tata sky account, but it shows only balance rs 25 only on mob: [protected].

Please look into the matter. This is serious.
