Reliance Digital — Battery and Hardware issue MacBook Air M1

I purchased a Macbook Air M1 from Reliance Digital( Anand, Gujarat Branch) on 26th January 2023. I started facing significant battery issues from day1. I also noticed that my battery health deteriorated to 97% with just 15 battery cycle counts whereas usually it takes 80-100+ battery cycle counts for battery health to go 97%. I immediately contacted Reliance Digital on 25th April and they asked me to contact apple service center ivenus. I gave my Macbook for diagnostics and found that my battery is not working properly. ivenus provided me this in written in the job sheet as demanded by Mr. Pankaj( Branch Manager Reliance Anand). I submitted it to him and requested him to further help me in replacement of the piece. They asked me to contact BKC Mumbai branch Apple customer care and I did so. I was in a continuous loop with a customer executive of Apple and they further told me to submit again for diagnostic of my laptop fully at ivenus. The report was shocking as now within a span of 1 day maximum battery capacity was reduced to 94% and it was found to be faulty. The report concluded that they found that the device has Hardware issues and battery health also degraded drastically about 94% without usage. As per cycle count device consumes battery more than usage. I contacted Apple executives again and then they told me that according to Indian consumer law only retailers can help you with the piece replacement and Apple can help with battery replacement. As a customer I don't want to opt for battery replacement as it will take 7-8 days and I have to opt for leave from my job as I'm working from home and also I need to take a whole data backup which is not possible for me. One of the Apple executives, Maria, told me that this problem has happened because of retailers as they have kept this 2020 model for long and did not sell it on an early basis and that's why these issues are turning up. I immediately contacted Mr. Pankaj sir and he assured me that he will contact the category manager on 5th May. Today is the 3rd June and today I got a reply from him that reliance cannot help me out. I also contacted the reliance head of the department and from last 1 month they have not replied to me with this concern. So I have finally decided to go for a legal notice and already consulted 12 lawyers for this case and all have assured me that reliance will provide replacement as well as compensation. This is clear negligence from reliance and blame game and that's why before signing the legal notice I decided to email you.

I am seeking the replacement of Macbook air M1 before 10th June and if not I'll go with legal proceedings, influencing future customers as I'm student of IIM Udaipur, texting about my worst experience on all social media handles of reliance digital, stating this on all consumer forums, influencing Anand customers to purchase from other retailers as reliance doesn't provides any kind of service. And also I am not asking for a refund but just for replacement and if not provided, reliance has to provide replacement of piece and also compensation of Rs.50000 for taking more than 2 months and still not giving any conclusions and also wasting my money and time from the last 60 days. Also I had to bear salary loss because of my defective laptop.
