Reliance Digital Big Tv — Within 45 days 3 times kannada regional pack was disabled | |||
24/02/2016 i paid 2560 subscription amount for next one year(Serial number[protected]. From 24/02/2016 till now this is third time kannada regional pack was disabled. As per big tv dealer umarani enterprises hubli, complaint was filed to mr. Vijay kumar patil (P.No - [protected]). Each time they need 48hrs to reactivate kannada regional pack. This is getting worse every time plz. Worse than this is your toll free service[protected] does not work. Even after paying 2560/- upfront i am receiving text messages stating "package amount is less plz recharge". After reciving such message i have paid 33/- and 10/- twice.But i need an explanation on this, after paying advance subscription amount why will i need to pay extra amount.
