I have been a regular customer of Reliance digital. However, in my recent purchase, I have had a bad experience. I purchased a Z50 camera from the R-city mall store at Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra last Sunday, i.e., 28/05/2022 (CIN no. U01100MH1999PLC120563). Along with the camera, a free bag was also available. However, due to the unavailability, the store assured us we to get the bag within a week. Also, I have to leave the city for a month on Saturday morning, so I requested them to at least get the bag by Friday night. But when I am calling them, they are giving the same excuse that we have to get it from the warehouse (which is the same as what they told us during purchase). I wouldn't have bothered if it wasn't urgent. I am regularly calling the store, and they are constantly assuring me to get the bag by Friday. And today when I called they said that it would take another two-three days.
I did not expect this from a renowned company like reliance digital. You assured us of the bag at the time of purchase and now no one is bothered if it is made available to the customer or not.
