Dear Sir/madam,
I have purchased carrier ac in the month of March and which got delivered in April and that too defective piece as it's not getting cool and getting as E1 error.I have visited store and contacted customer care multiple times, but they are helpless and giving wrong commitments like you will receive the replacement piece today or tomorrow..and they passed 1 month till now, request to kindly help on this and also they bother about their copper wire charges, they are asking copper wire money without replacing my ac.
Request To kindly help as soon as possible
