I bought display unit of carrier dc inverter ac 1.5 ton (Superia +). The ac was bought on dec 16, the same was delivered and installed on 13th of jan17. Since the day one the installation of ac was not carried out correctly and i was facing issue with ac (F3 error & ac not chilling).
From january 17 they has visited 6 times along with couple of visit from carrier engineer but they could not fix the issue. This is going on since jan17 and on 17th april 2017 they took my ac for testing in there lab. On 20th april 2017 they reported that pcb and sensors from outdoor unit has gone faulty and it will take approximately 7 days to get the same replaced.
I am asking reliance to refurbish 4months of warranty and service period which has gone wasted due to there incompetence to fix the issue. Also my request of replacing the wrong remote for the supplied ac has been rejected.
Please let me know how can i act against reliance lawfully and get the justice. This is loot and unethical behavior of reliance digital. There policy is and will be to just suck customer money and provide no service.
Please suggest.
