Reliance Digital — Cashback not being credited by Reliance Digital

Hi,

I was promised 10% cashback while making purchase of LG Air-conditioner through HDFC credit card with 90 days of purchase. Now it's been more than 120 days from the date of purchase and I have not received any cash back.

Please find attached a copy of the invoice.

I request you to resolve the issue and provide me my cashback amount.
