[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — Cashback not received

I purchased an Air condition from Reliance Digital on 31st May, 2016. They offered us 10% cash back with HDFC credit card payment.
We paid with HDFC credit card. They made the transaction at their end and assured us to
credit the cash back within 90 days.

Even after 6 months when we did not received cash back I raised a ticket to them with complaint number[protected].

One guy from reliance digital today called me and informed that transaction was done with Bank EMI option so I am not eligible for cash back.
When I went to buy Air condition at Reliance Digital, they offered me cash back of 10% that is why I made a deal. Now, when they are using our card
for transaction, that is their responsibility for making the correct transaction (as per they it was Brand EMI) which should eligible for cash back.
How I am responsible for it? Why should I bear the loss for their mistake.

I Purchased laptop from Reliance Digital and the laptop is not working properly and when contacted to their service department, they are responding properly and refused to replace the Laptop. As I recently purchased it.

Cash back not received u have purchased 2 one plus 7 pro mobiles but still not received single cash back, I have completed 90days
I purchased an refrigerator and TV from Reliance Digital on 25th December, 2019. They offered us 10% or 20% cash back with paper finance and debit card trough EMI.
They made the transaction at their end and assured us to
credit the cash back within 90 days.

I ordered a phone on reliane digital online i was supppose to get a cashback of 2000 after 3 months from November 2020 and till now 4th april 2021 I haven't received it this a big problem with lack of customer service responsibility
I purchased an Air condition from Reliance Digital on 24/03/2021. They offered us 10% cash back with Axis Bank credit card payment.
We paid with credit card. they assured us to
credit the cash back within 90 days.but after 6 Month of purchase i have not received the same.i think i am not alone they are doing this practice with all the customer .they are making fool to the customer in the name of cashback.it should be raised in the court legaly.
