We bought whirlpool washing machine on 4/4/16 at Reliance Digital Mogappar, Chennai. Last month we complained to reliance digital toll free no. Then one person from reliance came and found that one part to be replaced.( Bearing like) Now after repeated queries we are not getting the part replaced. This gives us great difficulty since my wife is already a sick patient.so, please either replace the part or change the machine since we bought just 6 months back only.Otherwise we have no other option but to go for consumer court.

    Sir, I had purchase mobile on 14.10.2016, this problem in first date only I don't want to repair it and I want new handset because service had taken set from me I do not how and what changes make in my phone, I had already complaint to you regarding this problem u told me that software issue it can be solve by software loading but it is not and you can take my handset for repair. I am not satisfy with u r service. U and reliance digital is cheated with me.
    I want a new handset otherwise I will fight for this. In Job sheet mention that Unit Laying at : Customer but actually unit at present unit will in Service Centre Only. This Job sheet is actually misguide to Customer. I am already attach a Job sheet Xerox Copy. till now at date 30.11.2016 at 4.58 Pm service told me that port problem, tell me it a month only how can I take repair device. I want only new handset other wise Take necessary action form my side. I will give u only two days to give me new hand set, otherwise after tww days, I want my money back.

    I had already visit a service center and also mail a scan copy, they told me that it take 10-12 days for part repairing, This is my new handset I don't want to repair and I want a new handset because it is hardware issue.
    provide me a new handset in two day after two days I want my money only not handset also.

      I had purchased the micromax 49 inch tv. The tv is not working from last 20 days. They are not providing any service nor they are sending standby tv. Instead of providing service they are sending me message your complaint has been resolved. How the hell can they send me message like that. They are sending to give better report for complaint resolve. I want the ceo to justify this. I want the standby tv by today.

        Than i have paid the amount by debit card (Kotak mahindra bank debit card number [protected])

        Your sales man swipe card and debited amount of rs 10, 990/-, immediately as per below mentioned bank email alert but he said transaction is not success and he denied for giving cell phone and written me in blank paper with store stamp this amount will be credit in your account till tomorrow but as per bank its already credited in reliance & talk with concern company and said there is no bank issue

          I bought a whirlpool refrigerator from reliance digital of model number ic305neoroy (Midnight bloom). The product i hardly use even for full one year but it became useless just after crossing one year.

          Reliance digital has mentioned, the product's compressor is 5 years warranty but whirlpool product department is mentioned the product became out of date and customer has to pay the charge of many parts.

          Can you please suggest why reliance digital sell such out dated product in market of kolkata. I bought the product from reliance digital vip road (Near haldiram sweets shop)

          The setup box was failed to work bcz of technical problems, which is under warranty, we complained on that issue but we couldnt respond from them, such a damn delay it is..no proper responce from customer care, we want to quit the bledy reliance big tv service.

            My name is s.j. Robert i took whirlpool 6.5 washing machine from reliance digital vashi navi mumbai. That machine got repair on 1st of november. And we place complain on reliance digital. Engineear came on 3rd november and took the product on 13th november from my house telling that we will get back in 2 days. But till date we dint got the product and no responce from them. Now what to do. It would be better if i place a complain on consumer court.. what u suggest...

                converted my loan for that particular offer., but after one week I got a mail stating that your mobile loan charged by
                14 % interest + Processing fee,
                I was shocked and immediately I Called the seller he is not lifting my call I text him there is no response kindly escalate this issue and solve as soon as possible !!

                    I bought a HTC Desire 728 on 20/11/2016 at 16:17:40 Hrs from Reliance Digital CV, Gopalan Signature Mall Bangalore. As per the instructions have charged the mobile for 8 Hours. Post which the mobile battery is just draining out. Tried options like disable the mobile data, Battery save mode and also removing the same etc. But no use. Within 2 hours time 40% of the battery is drained out. Had to charge again. Checked for 2 days its the same status. Iam really upset, called the store and was informed to return so that they can send it to service centre. Submitted the mobile to store on 23/11/2016 at 11:10 Hrs and post which received a call from store on 25/11/2016 12:30 Hrs stating that the mobile has no problem and that's how it works and I can go and collect the mobile on 26/11/2016. Iam really unhappy with the way I have been treated and the service which I received from these guys. Iam not asking for a refund but I need a different product fine to pay difference amount if required but would not accept this defective piece.

                      We purchased a Sony TV 42" in FEB 2015 from Reliance Digital Store in INORBIT MALL Cyberabad. ( our first mistake ) .

                      1) Within a year of the OEM Warranty we had to replace the LED Screen as there were lines appearing on the screen. A complaint was lodged and post inspecting the TV the LED screen was replaced in FEB 2016 which was few days before the OEM warranty got over.

                      2) Me and my wife were out of country due to which the TV was not functional till August. On return on powering on the TV the Remote was not functioning. We manually tried to change the volume from the rear panel onthe TV. (which did not work ) .
                      3) Second Ticket was logged with Reliance Digital as the TV was covered under extended warranty. This time we had to wait for 3 weeks to get the complete TV fixed. as the complete motherboard which holds the sensors including the Remote was replaced.
                      NOTE: WITHIN ONE YEAR SIX MONTHS THE SCREEN AND MOTHERBOARD WITH THE REMOTE IS REPLACED.

                      4) After the motherboard and remote replacement we were able to enjoy the picture on the TV only for one month post which we had an issue with a RED LINE APPEARING ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE SCREEN.

                      5) Call Number : [protected] WAS LOGGED AGAIN WITH RELIANCE DIGITAL AS THE TV IS NOW COVERED UNDER RELIANCE EXTENDED WARRANTY. THIS TICKET WAS LOGGED MORE THAN A MONTH BACK AND WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR FURTHER ACTION ON THE REPLACEMENT/REPAIR OF THE SCREEN.

                      6) WE HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP WITH MR VIJAY FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL TO VALIDATE THE REPLACEMENT/REPAIR HOWEVER ALL WE HAVE GOT ARE RUN AROUNDS.

                      7) TILL DATE SOMEONE FROM RELIANCE SERVICE TEAM WILL CALL FOR INSPECTION AND NEVER COME. FAKE AND FALSE PROMISES ARE BEING MADE FROM THE SERVICE TEAM WHICH IS "" DISGUSTING "" .

                      8) THE SERVICE ENGINEERS GIVE EXCUSE OF THEIR FRIENDS MEETING WITH ACCIDENTS DUE TO WHICH THE DELAY'S HAVE HAPPENED WHICH AGAIN IS A [censored] EXCUSE FOR NOT TURNING UP ON TIME.

                      THE REASON FOR WRITING THIS COMPLAINT ON THIS FORUM IS I WANT STRICT ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN AGAINST THE AREA MANAGER ( WHO IS MOST OF THE TIME NOT IN STORE ), FRONT DESK ( MR VIJAY FOR FALSE AND FAKE PROMISES), SERVICE MANAGER FOR NOT UNDERSTANDING THE IMPORTANCE OF THE POOR SERVICE PROVIDED TO THE CUSTOMER.

                      ALSO I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY RELIANCE WHO CLAIMS TO BE A BIGGER BRAND IN THE MARKET. ALL THE PRODUCTS WHICH RELIANCE DIGITAL SELLS ARE FAULTY. ALSO REQUESTING FOR IMMEDIATE ACTION TO BE TAKEN ON PRIORITY LOOKING AT THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED.

                      free one laptop bag pack and one Canon AIO printer.
                      Laptop and bag give me 2/10/2016.
                      But printer not give.
                      We say that printer gave after 10 days on purchase.

                        Hi Team,

                        It has been a long one year after which i am writing this COMPLAIN MAIL.
                        My previous issue was solved within 1 week after mailing you the issue by local Reliance Store executives, but only to hold the escalations.As the issue arose just within 1 month (3 usage days of the AC).

                        After which the winter came in. As you all understand that we don't need an AC in the winter months, i did not complain of the same. In the meantime i complained after the winter was gone. The People in Reliance Digital Asansol (Chitra) promised me that they would do this within one week. But as usual the one week was 5 long weeks. Every week i came home and went to the shop to understand the reason for this delay, but to no use. The day the people were to come to my house for repair, they met with an accident as they said.

                        I don't know whether whatever they said is true or not. Then i lost FAITH and TRUST in Reliance Digital and then complained to Daikin Customer Care directly. They came within 3 days of complaining and did everything correct but they said the pipe that connects my indoor unit to Outdoor unit had a leakage and also the fitting of the AC was also not correctly done so there was continuous leakage of GAS.

                        As usual the gas leaked within 2 usage days of my AC.
                        I again went to Reliance Digital for repair request. It has been continuous 4 SATURDAYS that i have been visiting RELIANCE DIGITAL CHITRA BRANCH but till now no hope. THEY SAY THEY WILL SEND ENGINEERS FOR REPAIR BUT TILL NOW THEY HAVE NOT SHOWN UP.

                        I AM FED UP WITH THE SERVICING THE RELIANCE DIGITAL IS OFFERING ME.
                        AFTER BEARING 40, 000 INR for a AC, I ONLY GET TO USE IT FOR 5 DAYS ONLY????????????????????????????????????

                        MOREOVER I HAVE BOUGHT A EXTENDED WARRANTY WITH MY AC. SERIOUSLY SPEAKING I AM FED UP JUST FED UP.

                        I would request you to kindly collect the AC from my house as this is of no use to me. If you dont, i would expend money and put this garbage AC into your RELIANCE STORE.

                        I would request you to escalate this matter as otherwise i would be forced to put this harassment issue in CONSUMER FORUM.

                        I am just FED up.

                          Than i have paid the amount by debit card (vijaya bank debit card number [protected])

                          But your sales man swipe the two times and total debited amout of rs 28, 498/-, immidiately i inform him and he told that amount will revert to same account, after the one month (in the month of june 2016) i went to your shop and i oraly complaint to mr ramesh - [protected] regarding the double payment, and he also inform the same story like the excess amount will revert to my account, bu i am realy sorry to inform you that as on today that excess amount of rs 14249/- is not credit to my account

                          For your reference please find herewith enclosed the vijaya bank statement

                              I hade given request (by fault) for reinstallation, but actually that was not my problem. Problem was of error 400 for signal.
                              I have registered my complaint dt. 7/11/16, 9/11/16 and 10/11/16, three times registered but the complaint was closed without any conversation and with out any call. When i call i am get the answer that you did, nt received the call from our representative. From last ten (10) days i am harresed by your represantitives.Wast of time and harrasment of customers is not a symbol good service.
                              My services are been sespended for last 10 days due to debit in my account.

                                Respected Reader,

                                I have purchased TV cost 70k from phinox mall pune. At the time of sell Reliance Rep informed they will provide 15k voucher and 8k voucher in that 15k is unconditional which i need to reeedem from there app and there store and 8k is for electronic item and conditional along with free instalation and Demo.
                                Though Delivery is good but for the instalation they just harassed us, whenevr we call technician he just make false promise and no demo was provided.
                                I dont have any complain about that but at the time of sell whatever the offer was given to us was given fasle and that was the main issue.
                                Why they give promise and offer when they cant keep. After sell they just denied and revised the offer.
                                And big factor is consumer need to followup rather then they do.
                                My wife went to store and after explaing all thing they just said give us 2 min which converted into 30min and still she was unattained at the evening time which lead to her mental harassment.
                                Please need to check on this as its a very small issue but can be big if that would be the practise.

Due to some technical issue in computer of store, invoice was not generated hence sales man make entry of transaction in register and ask to collect original bill next day. I approach them several time but as of date i do not get the invoice of my purchase.

                                  Unfortunately, now laptop is too out o[censored]se due to some technical reason hence situation become horrible for me. At one side I don’t have invoice copy so that I handover the same for repair or inspection and other side I think I was given duplicate laptop. I am in practice of buy electronic items from good stores but your services is really ridicules.

                                  I had made so many call on your toll free number but not get any response hence situation compel me to write you email.

I purchase an Acer company Laptop from your Haridwar Reliance Digital store Ranipur Mode Nearby Vishal Mega Mart, on dated 18.11.2016 but I did not get any bill from your Reliance store that time bcoz sales man told me that Computer is not working properly so they cannot give bill so he wrote my name his register with full details and ensured that he will give me bill after some days and I went there again and again for bill but your store incharge and sales man did not communicate & respond properly.
                                    Now Laptop is not working properly so I went again to the store bt again I was disturb and fastirate.

                                      I Purchased two Reliance Jiofi 3 devices (the activated sim No. are [protected] & [protected]) on[protected] & got it activated at the Reliance Digital Centre on the same day. As per their welcome offer, I was promised unlimited data until 31st Dec 2016. But after consuming 2GB of data on each device, I got a message "You have exhausted your Account balance / Credit limit" with a button to recharge. I called their customer care & their staff does not have any clue regarding how to resolve this issue. They even informed me that the welcome offer only includes 2GB of Data. This is a fraudulent act as they lure the customers by giving false information. Screenshot of their welcome offer attached to prove the same along with the message I am getting when connected to Jiofi. I am submitting the complaint here as their customer care first informed me that this will be resolved within 48 hours & now after 48 hours, they are saying that I have already used up the entire data. Since the answer I got from their customer care is not satisfactory, I would request you to kindly ask the concerned authorities to look into this matter & resolve the matter by keeping their promise of providing unlimited data until 31st of December 2016.

                                        I bought a hitachi split Ac 1.5T 5S from reliance digital store, pachkula Haryana in rs 49900. When I got the unit delivered I was very surprised to see the price on the box which is 47190. How a company of reliance status can over charge its customers its beyond my thinking! Moreover its 5star label is valid from 1Jan2014 to 31dec15. I bought it in Nov16. So when I bought it was no longer a product with 5 star rating. it all happened coz the unit was supplied 2 days after the billing on my home address.
