I have bought JioFi modem. However, the connection is very very slow - I am unable to browse anything. Most of the time I get red bars. Even when I get green bars, I don't get any browsing speed. I had bought the JioFi moden thinking that I will get high speed browsing but sorry to say I am very disappointed. Please resolve the issue on priority. My jio number is [protected]

    Hi Team, This is from a trouble customer from Reliance Digital Kurnool. I have purchased a TV from the store on 15th Dec, got the delivery of the item after two days on 17th Dec and still it is not been mounted to the wall they ask us to wait for another day. Since i trust the Reliance brand more i wanted to buy electronics, clothings and other things from this brand. But by the way they are handling the service of digital is pathetic and vane taking this much time for a TV makes us to buy other electronics products next time from other local persons which they deliver and mount on the same day of purchase so it is waste of time and money. Other customer do think twice before buying goods from this store. Frustrated customer waiting for TV yet to be mounted, payment is prompt but the goods delivery is very slow and pathetic.

      But the manager at this branch was not ready to exchange the item telling that, we will not give exchange for physical damage..
      As this was not happened from our end I request you to take steps to replace the damaged clothing...

        I had purchased LYF water 7 mobile from reliance digital mini, ab shetty circle, mangalore Karnataka on 4th December, that phone was not a box piece. after using it for two days i found that its speaker is not working, touch is not responsive, and heating issue, i returned the mobile on 8th December. they had given verbal communication that they will provide exchange offer. but till now they dint contact me. this is the worst customer relationship of reliance digital. i request either to refund my money or to allow exchange of mobile.

          Orderd a led on[protected], but there is no delivery of led till now, so i contacted the manager who has sold the reconnect 48inch led he said sir will get back to you soon. Well he hasnt called till now even he isnt lifting my call i tried repeatedly he has blocked my call. I hope atleast you guys respond for my complaint. I had really good impression on reliance digital but you guys have lost it...

            Myself resident of kanpur uttar pradesh lives in area named as 'panki'
            I have a reliance digital store near my house in panki itself. Upon requesting a jio sim at the store the store keeper first asked my a bribe of 300 rupees and when i went next time after few days he said that sim are available but u can only get the sim if you buy any handset or accessory from his store. Please resolve this issue as he is taking money to issue the sim card and also demanding customes to buy some item from his store if some customer ask for the sim. Never expected this from reliance.

              Dear care taker,
              I bought a reconnect steam iron from reliance digital, jakhan, dehradun, on 13 dec 2015, it has been repaired 3 times within warranty year. I complained for this again on 9 dec 2016 at reliance resq, ballupur, dehradun. The representative checked and said to me that it will not repair, now it will replace and you can get a new iron from reliance digital. I will raise a mail for approval to my senior, when its approved you can take new one from reliance digital. But after 4 days, they did not give any solution, he was telling lie again and again, he said approval will come one hour, today it will approve, bose is not avilable, bose in the meeting. Nobody is there to stand their promise. They misguide the customer. Representative was available there, rohit ([protected]).

              reliance reconnect products are very bad, its not a brand. And the handling staff and resq staff were not good.
              They donot stand their promise.
              I have purchased this iron before 2 years
              And used twice only
              Suddenly it was stopped working and some bed smell came..
              I have checked my plug connection and it was proper only
              I have contacted resq team...but saldy to say they have not solved my issed
              Unfortunately I have lost my invoice as it was purchased with many other products
              But I'm having box with barcode sticker and specials numbers
              Please help me to solve my issue

                Whenever we visit the reliance digital store in park square mall, bengaluru they are saying stock is not there or some other reason and trying to avoid the customers. i have visited the store for more than 20 times but still they are not issuing a SIM. So kindly take an action on it. We are extremly dissatisfied with this store's service.I hope jio would have lost many customer like me because of there negligence.

                  I would like to report an incident happened yesterday at Reliance Digital V3S Mall. Preet Vihar.
                  This is regarding very bad behavior by the salesman in the stores. The Salesman (don't know the name) misbehaved. He could have explained the matter/ issue politely. The way he showed up his attitude was not acceptable. He got into an argument with us instead of providing a solution. He straight away told the financer (sitting at the billing desk) to return back our card. This is a very serious issue & not acceptable at all. Although later on I got the product I wanted & very much satisfied with the other team members. I need to think the next alternative while purchasing the products next time & would advise my friends to be extra careful with their visit to Reliance digital (especially this store). You need to provide quality training to the staff & teach especially how to behave with the customers. (Very bad experience with reliance digital)

                  Just a little suggestion to Relaince Digital to adopt a strict policy while recruiting the sales person in order to protect the brand's name.

                    The Technical assistants has not a minimum knowledge as they mislead the portability scheme, I was fully dissatisfied by this work. This was shame to your organisation, pretty imperfect. They ported my sim twice and finally lead that lost. Now i don't have sim and wasted 2 days.

                      I had purchased a water purifier aquaguard expert from reliance digital asansol. The product was defective and so we appealed for it. So they changed the product. The second product is defective too. The band is changing automatically and the taste of water is horrible and undrinkable and so we are facing a big problem since we hv buy water daily. This is causing great trouble to us bcoz we are working people and it is vry difficult to rush to the market daily for the same. Moreover water is trickling down everytime. So we requested them to change the model but each time they refused and always called us to their office but they could not help us in anyway, i think that they just called us to harrase us. This type of behaviour is unexpected from a company like reliance and i am personally vry dissatisfied and annoyed with them

                        A)Laptop HP Notebook 15-ba022AX purchased on 26/10/2016 from reliance digital store located in ambattur.

                        b)After three days i started using my laptop, i used only for half an hour the system started hanging.I took the laptop to the reliance store where i purchased it..They kept it for three days and returned it to me saying that they removed the MS office and reloaded it is working well.My job card number is 910.

                        c) I not used my laptop for 2 days due to out of station work.When i started using it now the problem is much worse than the previous.It worked only for 5 minutes it started hanging.

                        d)I have been calling HP tool free number for registering my case but unfortunately whenever i call it seems to be busy.Since i used to have busy schedule i unable to hold for a long time on the line finally my case was registered on 10th of november.My Case ID number [protected] .

                        e)Thereafter whenever i call HP toll free number each time a new technical person used to guide my one or another process.You can see me how many times the HP technical team tried to rectify the problem through online.The dates are NOv 11th 2016, Nov 12th Nov 2016, Nov 13th 2016- 2 times, Nov 15th 2016.All these day they used to waste my three hours times guiding me to do the process to rectify the machine.Finally i got irritated unable to withstand the mental torture happens due to the inferior product supplied by your company, i told your technical person that to send the technician to my residence or to give me the address of HP service place to do the service otherwise i will throw the laptop in the dustbin.

                        d)Finally a person called Mr., Suresh came and attended the service on 16th of Nov 2016.He also started the same work by rebooting the system and told me that the entire process will take three hours and told me to call him once it has been done.Again the same problem araised the system started hanging the rebooting work not done even after 11 hours.The machine started getting over heat, i called the technician and informed him.He told me to shutdown the machine.

                        e)On next day the technician again came and checked all the parts and noticed that the display and harddisk is not working.

                        I like to present my view since the day of purchase it reached 40 days but i have not used for more than half an hour.The technical team person called me and informed that they u can do only part replacement not the system replacement.

                        Reliance told me that we are doing sales part, if the product is not working then u have to take to it to the HP directly, if this is the scenario than i would have purchased it in the online itself, why should i purchase from a reputed store.They kept it for three days without doing anything simply reloaded the software.
                        I want justice, please take a call on both HP and reliance for cheating me a inferior product and did the mental torture facing for more than 40 days.

                          I have lodged several complains from 29.11.2016 for change of candle in my Livpure water purifier which is under Resq plan but till date not changed. How long one should wait for getting the problem solved?
                          As on date they only reply through mail that they will resolved the issue at the earliest.
                          Now my Livpure stopped working and I am drinking water by purchasing from outside.
                          Then what is the benefit of purchasing AMC.
                          It's purely intentional harassment to customer.

                            In oct, 2014 I have taken a hp notebook from reliance digital at Rajahmundry. And they have given an extended warranty for 2 years for rs.2000. After one-year laptop got a problem with the lid opening and closing because of some internal damage and they said it was a physical damage and rejected the warranty. So what is the purpose of warranty? Is that to install the software and drivers

                              I visited Reliance trends which is newly opened at velacherry near grand mall the collections are awesome we purchased 6000 but i was not sure about one kurthi and was hessitant to pick it up the service girls over there wer like take it mam if it doesnt fit you can exchange thereby i bought it and finished the bill and as a complimentory they gave few lunch box later when i went to exchange the kurthi the service was pathetic please educate your staffs and appoint some educated pepole we had to argue so long and speak with all the higher officials for an exchange your collections are awesome but the staffs and thir behavior worst ever

                                Hi,

                                I have purchased Yamaha home theatre systems at Reliance Digital showroom which is located in Kolkata, chennai.
                                5th of Nov 16 purchased the product, in that product offered LYF flame 8 mobile phone, till now ( 9th Dec 16 ) I didn't received the free mobile. Just blindly informing we will update you once the material received. If we visit the showroom act like anything, in front of me they will make numerous calls to the other branches but finally they informed me no stock.
                                They have a policy of billing the product not to the customer satisfaction.
                                It's very poor response from department head as well as branch manager.

                                I don't weather I will get the free mobile or not ? Big question from Reliance Digital.

                                My sincere advice to all of you pls don't buy any products in Reliance Digital.

                                  This is to inform you that I have registered a complaint related to my Whirlpool washing machine (as referred above), which is not been solved till date even after 10 days. Complain number [protected] and [protected]. If my problem persist any more, I shall have no option other than consumer forum as it is very painful to chase and call on daily basis and get the false commitments from your side. Requesting you to either change the machine or solve the issue immediately.
                                  We are facing the worst service experience by one of the repute brand and because of this type of service you are now losing your genuine customers.

                                    Hello sir
                                    I took Panasonic led tv 3 years before and Panasonic gave 1 year warranty and reliance digital also called as Resq collected 2800 for 2 years extended warranty. Now my tv is in repair since 21days no one is attending to repair in and misguiding me that next week parts now available.. The warranty elasps in January 2017. So they are making excuses to time elasps and close the warranty. Please help me to sort of this matter in urgency..

                                      We bought whirlpool washing machine on 4/4/16 at Reliance Digital Mogappar, Chennai. Last month we complained to reliance digital toll free no. Then one person from reliance came and found that one part to be replaced.( Bearing like) Now after repeated queries we are not getting the part replaced. This gives us great difficulty since my wife is already a sick patient.so, please either replace the part or change the machine since we bought just 6 months back only.Otherwise we have no other option but to go for consumer court.

                                        Sir, I had purchase mobile on 14.10.2016, this problem in first date only I don't want to repair it and I want new handset because service had taken set from me I do not how and what changes make in my phone, I had already complaint to you regarding this problem u told me that software issue it can be solve by software loading but it is not and you can take my handset for repair. I am not satisfy with u r service. U and reliance digital is cheated with me.
                                        I want a new handset otherwise I will fight for this. In Job sheet mention that Unit Laying at : Customer but actually unit at present unit will in Service Centre Only. This Job sheet is actually misguide to Customer. I am already attach a Job sheet Xerox Copy. till now at date 30.11.2016 at 4.58 Pm service told me that port problem, tell me it a month only how can I take repair device. I want only new handset other wise Take necessary action form my side. I will give u only two days to give me new hand set, otherwise after tww days, I want my money back.

                                        I had already visit a service center and also mail a scan copy, they told me that it take 10-12 days for part repairing, This is my new handset I don't want to repair and I want a new handset because it is hardware issue.
                                        provide me a new handset in two day after two days I want my money only not handset also.
