Reliance Digital — Cashback not received not a transaction done in store

I purchased a One Plus 7T from the Reliance Digital store in Xperia Mall, Palava City, Mumbai.
I paid 10000 from my debit card and the rest (Rs 3000) through credit card EMI. I have received the 10% cashback on my credit card, but not for the debit card. I am still waiting for the same.
Please resolve.
