Its Dipanshu here from gurgaon and thanks for doing the excellent job in indian electronics market. I am here to know a concern which bothered me instead of being a privilege customer form your AMBIENCE Mall outlet of Reliance digital. In 6 months i bought the product worth 5 lakhs ie 5-6 cells phones, 2 laptops, 1 AC, 1 printer etc but today when i was in a big problem as my family member was in ICU and very critical situation and i needed a refund of just 11800 rs for the packed cell phone i bought on 15 Nov 2019 so that i can use that money to save my family person life. But all went invain and customer service person spoke in a commanding tone and denied. When i asked him for his visiting card he said he has but at last he was telling a lie and gave me reliance digital card.
Sir money is not everything in life but relations and customer satisfaction is also needed to run a business globally. I also do business but if i behave with my customers in this manner without any refund policy as told by your customer desk mgr then i think i am not legitimate to run any online business. I am here sharing you the receipt for the purchase.
Well if this is the way you deal with your privilege customers then thank you so much and it was my mistake to rely on you and i will make sure not to have any relations with you in near future and will cascade this information to my known clients globally.
