[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — Cheating and falsification of scheme

I have purchased Acer laptop and HP mouse costing Rs. 35169.21 on 25/01/14. During purchase it was informed that i will get 16% gift vouchers costing (Rs. 5627) without any terms and conditions except that i have to redeem GV between 1/02/14 to 28/02/14. Salesman ID was[protected]. On sSunday 10th Feb 2014, when i visited the digital store, i came to know that for redemption of gift vouchers i have to purchase it 3 times of cost of gift voucher then and then only i will be able to redeem those points. This conditions were not explained to me during the purchase. As per communication from service center executive present at that time these conditions were not mentioned on the on the bill. These conditions to be communicated orally. It seems that the sales parson was not representing facts resulting in misleading and cheating of customer. I also forwarded above complaint to reliance customer care service on 10th Feb 2014 but till date i have not received any response. Please do the needful Regards, Swapnil M. Agawane [protected]
