I bought a washing machine on dec 2018 from teliance digiral store situated in centre mall, christian basti, guwahati (Assam).
4 days back my machine was showing problem while switched on so i called first on whirlpool customer care and they replied since the machine was purchased from reliance digital, they will not give service in warranted period so have to call to reliance service centre and after that i contacted them and after 2 days regular reminders they sent me 1 technician. And visit the person said machine display board have to be change and right now the same was not in stock so once the same will available then only he will replace the same but due to covid 19 it may take indefinite time so what to do now as it is very urgent for me so for this i am lodging the complaint, pls help Was this information helpful? |
