Reliance Digital — complaint about the customer services

We have bought a new bosh washing machine from a jio store on 27/02/2020 near my home (Jio store cherthala). The product delivery was very delayed and we haven't received the installation till now... The customer care service is not at all good and they're pretending like they have no responsibility at all... The customer service number which i have called is [protected]. So please take the necessary action against the service executive.

Reliance Digital — Refund of Rs 1710 requested
We have purchased the Liv pure water purifier from reliance digital store at tolichowki with two years maintenance by reliance digitals duly paying the amount demanded by Relaince digitals. In December 2020 we approached reliance digital for replacement of filters, reliance digital in turn asked Livpure to take up the job and we were intimated that a technician from Livpure will attend the job. When the Livpure technician informed us that the charges of Rs 1710/- for replacement of filters will have to be paid by us we approached reliance digital and reliance digital advices us to pay and claim reimbursement. The receipt given by Livpure technician was sent to reliance digital via whatsup no:91-[protected] on[protected] as advised by reliance, for arranging refund of Rs 1710/. when there was no response, we approached consumer service head (CS HEAD) Reliance digitals for reimbursement of Rs 1710/- (Rupees one thousand seven hundred ten only). It is Reliance who has to arrange the replacement as per the two years maintenance for which they took the money in advance, instead reliance got the job done by livpure on their behalf. When reimbursement was demanded surprisingly after a month Reliance digital informed us through a mail that the invoice of Rs 1710/- given by Livpure is not a GST invoice and asked us to produce GST invoice for the charges paid to liv pure. When we approached the Livpure technician who carried out the job and gave the payment receipt, he said that the receipt given is of Livpure and reliance digital can verify it from Livpure. As for as we the consumer is concern it is reliance digital who has to carry out the job at no cost as they took money in advance for maintenance of the purifier for two years, if reliance is getting the job done by Livpure it is on their behalf and responsibility. At no point of time, we were asked that we need to produce GST invoice, however reliance kept on insisting for a GST invoice. We approached Liv pure, they provided a GST invoice which was forwarded to Relaince digitals on[protected]. We have been pursuing the matter through mails regularly and getting an assurance from Relaince digital in response to every mail of ours. However, till dated Reliance digital has not reimburse the amount, though every time the CS HEAD is writing a mail with all courtesies, in fact by mail dated 5th April 2021 the CSHEAD reliance digital asked for 10 working hrs., but till date i.e. till[protected] no action is taken by Relaince digital. We request the authorities in Relaince digital to look into the matter and arrange immediate refund of Rs 1710/-
