Store members lured us to purchase a laptop (Hp cs 2111tx) with false discount claims and saying that the discount is not applicable at the time of billing. They have also taken an advance amount of rs.15000/- and trapped us in this situation. They just gave up saying that they didn't have adequate information regarding the discount process.
