We have purchased the reconncet led tv from muzaffarnagar. We are facing some issue with panel (Display). We have registered the complain in october 2019. Your service provider visited our place in mid december 2019 (Delay around 60 days). After that your customer care executive said we are not able to repair your led, your company has not manufacturer panel. Any way we will reimbursement your product value. Some time they said the they will reimburse 40% and some time 60%. It has been delayed mid december 2019 to till today. Could you please provide a solution on priority?

    I purchased laptop from Reliance Digital on October 12th 209. They offered us 10% cash back and merchandise cashback with Axis debit card EMI payment.

    We paid one rupee as payment confirmation at that time of purchase and post that we paid four months EMI and they said we will get cashback with in 90 days but as now it completed almost 5 months (150 days ) till we didn't receive anything.Please look into this with priority and help us with cashback.

    I received today only Rs.4465.93 as cashback and we should receive as total amount Rs.9008 (10%percent of Rs.63800 as Rs.6380 + merchandise cashback Rs.2628 ) as they mentioned this clearly on customer copy receipt.

    Please let us know when we will receive remaining amount and why it marked as resolved without confirmation from customer.

      I purchased a triple door samsung refrigerator from reliance digital, madinaguda, chandannagar, hyderabad on 8.10.2020 with finance from hdfc.

      At the time of purchase, staff of reliance digital told me that i will be getting cashback if i purchase through hdfc loan. Cashback offer was of rs.9000 from hdfc and rs.3000 from reliance digital.

      They said the cashback benefits will be credited directly into my account on completion of 3 emis out of total 6 emis.
      After debit of 3rd emi, i asked reliance staff ms. Yashoda and she assured i will get the benefit before 4th emi paid up.

      Now it is three weeks after 4th emi paid up but still i did not get the cashback.

        I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator (Triple Door) from Reliance Digital Showroom in Madinaguda, Hyderabad on 8.10.19 with finance from HDFC.
        Reliance Digital staff have told us that a cashback of Rs.9000 from HDFC and Rs.3000 from Reliance Digital will be paid into our account after receiving payment of 3rd EMI out of 6 months.
        So far 4 EMIs are paid up and 5th EMI will also be paid in a week days. But I did not get any cashback yet.

        I complained to the person, a lady, working for Reliance Digital about 15 days ago. She said she will talk to her manager and get cashback credited within a week.

        But even after two weeks, I did not hear anything from them.

        I am unable to find time to go around the shop for cashback.

          I have bought ifb oven from reliance digital store zirakpur and it was delivered next day that too faulty piece.
          I asked for replacement and after 3 days still there is still no positive response.
          I am calling 10 times a day they are saying we have mailed office and waiting for approval.
          They are saying next day delivery but nothing happened.
          Please initiate refund as soon as possible.

            We enquired 40-42”smart tv - samsung brand, mr dinesh attended and explained that sony is the best and enquired piece is not available but we can deliver the same since it is in godown.
            We paid money vide bill no-
            [protected] dt 21st feb2020.
            Next day tv was delivered and reliance person came for installation.
            As the box open, my wife asked that we purchased smart tv but it is normal led.
            We spoke to dinesh and showroom manager they told it is better than smart and you can run all apps.
            Once we insisted that told that they will ask ho for replacement.
            Today they told it is not possible.
            Tv has not installed as the person doesn’t know the installation process.
            We request to replace with smart tv.

              I purchased iphone 11 pro on 14th feb in reliance digital orion mall which had "belkin" charger worth around 5, 000 rs free with it. I was not given the charger which is free and was told it was due and they will reach me within 7 days. I have not heard anything and i called the store they told 1 week more but they are also not sure of it. And other problem is they have mention free charger as "anker" charger which is worth half compared to belkin charger. I need the one they had mentioned that day (Belkin charger as free).

                  I have purchased a washing machine from reliance digital showroom at phoniex mall bareilly approximately 20 days ago. It was samsung company 6.5 kg washing machine. It got delivered damaged product by them after getting checked by their technician. He reported all the information. But not getting any satisfactory solution i visited there. When i got know that it a time consuming process. Then just i replaced it by a 6.5 kg lg washing machine. They assured to deliver it on wednesday (19/2/2020). It is still not delivered. I contact them many times but not yet got any solution. They mishaved on phone call by not giving any solution of my problem. I am very annoyed to this.

                    Dear team,

                    I have booked (Full amount paid through card) lg 55"tv and jbl 3.1 sound bar on 15.01.2020 and requested them to deliver product on 15.02.2020 (Which is agreed by them).

                    I have received a call on 7th feb from their store that they are not able to deliver the jbl product due to product discontinued in market and they asked me get refund.

                    I have checked with jbl customer care and also with jbl website, 3.1 sound bar is available and its not discontinued model.

                    Kindly support me to product get delivered, if i get refund i am not able to but the product as price price difference is rs. 7000 (I bought is festival offer)

                        I have purchased a lg tv and also put the installation of it on pending. But now as i want to get my tv installed. They are not providing any service for installation of the same. And after every call to customer care they want us to give 24 hours. But after every call they they say the same thing and time of 24 hours. They said they will install it on 13-15. So i stay home for the same reason. On the night of 15 when i made a call to customer service of reliance digital they again wanted me to give more time up to 16th (Today) and when i made a call again they want me to give 24 hours more to raise the request.

                              Hi i have purchased a very expansive lg 9/6kg front load fully automatic washing machine dd motor technology. I also took 5 year warranty on the product believing that reliance database has all the records and it would provide hassle free service.
                              Store from where i purchased washing machine from has changed it location in recent times and now seem to dissociate themselves from all warranties taken under old store. I feel completely cheated as my good machine is not working and store is not taking any responsibility. This is not fair.
                              I made this purchase trusting reliance brand and their capability of maintaining computerised records.
                              I have purchased more products recently believing the quality of service. Reliance should fulfil its commitments towards its customers and honour its warranties.

                              On october 27 2019I purchased panasonic tv from Reliance Digital . They offered us 10% cash back with HDFC credit card payment.
                              We paid with HDFC credit card. THey assured us to credit the cash back within 90 days.

                              Even after completing 90 days of transaction the cashback is not credited.

                                We have bought ac (Hitachi) on july 2019. Our usage is hardly one month, now we just on after 4 months, its not cooling we have raised complaint, the technician visited and he refilled the gas, still we are facing the same issue, again one more person came and told its problem with pipeline, that should be changed and it wont cover under warranty,

                                Not even a month usage how can bare the amount and also we don't want this ac, now itself having many issues. We are completely disappointed your service as well installation of ac. Please do the needful we hope reliance cant make the customer to regret.

                                  I have purchased new aquagard water purifier genus on 28.09.2019 from reliance digital retail, hyderabad along with extended warranty i. E. Resq care plan for 28.09.2020 to 27.09.2024 & installed by reliance technician, but within 2 months in dec.19 there is water leakage started, so raised the complaint and after frequently follow up, it resolved. Again on 02.02.20 water purifier stopped functioning, so, again raised the complaint and started follow ups. On 04.02.20 technician assured to come, so, again i have followed up, but he didn't come, next day 05.2.20 again i followed up, again he assured to come, but waited for long, i frequently tried to contact for follow up, but phone not picked up and later on switched off the phone. On 06.02.20 failed to contact, i called on toll free no. For 2-3 times along with regular mails either replace the defected item or refund my entire amount along with extended warranty amount, at last on pursual, they connected to service center manager who assured to look into the matter. I also met manager crm, from where i have purchased the item, he also responded very well & positively. Then, at last technicians have turned up, but unable to resolve the problem and after assurance of manager crm & service manager i allowed them to take the item without official job sheet or taking over the item.
                                  But it is a great concern that still no solution after regular follow ups at my end.
                                  So, once again i submit either to replace the defected item with entire new piece or refund my entire amount as mentioned earlier immediately.

                                  In reference of previous complaints, mails and verbal communications etc.issue not resolved completely yet.
                                  Worst experience. Issue raised on 2.2.20 after complaint attended 6.2.20, unresolved item taken back without any job sheet, kept pending without update for long till though top level complaints & follow ups. No completion jobsheet or steps types of resolution including parts etc. On follow ups bad and rough behaviour. Cheating with customers.
