I am naresh. I have received a online form filling job in december 2018 from digital services. Company executive make the whole conversation and send me legal agreement without my digital sign. Then they give me 1000 form to complete in 10 days with 90% accuracy i have completed the job in 10 days then they told me your quality check has been failed you have to pay 30000 to company as you failed to complete the agreement. And ive paid 23000 on january 2019. Then now i have got call from advocate [protected]. He told me im from national counsil. Ou are received form filling work from digital services company and you didnt complete work. Aftre that i have paid 23000 rupees then i got a call from advocate that you have failed the agreement with digital services your case has been filed in court you have to pay rs. 7000 to settlement with company to avoid any legal action. I have paid the amount of 2000 once on same day and 5000 once on a/c - (Digital services) on the next day details of account has been sent me from mail id [protected]@gmail.com then i got noc from digital services. Again adv associate called me you have to pay rs. 10500 to get otp otherwise you will be arested. Now they repeatedly call me to pay amount to get otp otherwise you have to take legal action. And you should attend court in delhi. And we will send you notice for 3.56 lacs to near by police station.
So please sir help me im so scared please sir help me

    We bought a sony 40-inches tv in the reliance digital store and they haven't sent us us the smart device connected to it then we approached them, then they said now we give it to you tomorrow technician will approach you to fix it and it been 2 weeks and there was no response from them and if we are asking for their them connect it they aren't responding and asking us to come to digital store because they have to show a demo to another customer and they will teach us to fix us, is this the way you treat customers i want you to take action against them and the device should be connected to the tv by 24 hours.

      I was given wrong information about the mobile phone by an employee of reliance digital of western mall located in gomti nagar. When asked about the mobile phone, i had to wait for 2 hours, then asked to give the mobile phone with its mrp. Gone. I was treated very badly. This has happened to me many times. Reliance digital employees are treated very badly by the customer. Take any action against such behavior done by the said employees at the earliest.

        Hey i have reconnect water heater (15 litres) which i had purchased in sep 17 from reliance digital kolkata. As it was working properly till jan 19... We faced a problem on 24 jan 19 and after contacting to customer care they provide us an engineer... On 25 jan engineer visit my home and told us that your geyser elment is not working properlyi. E i need to replace that otherwise it will not work.. So i said as my geyser is not in warranty period so how much it would cost, he said i don't know then i asked him that confirm it your senior nd let me knw d approx amt., next day i hav receive a call from reliance dat dis part may cost around 1100 rs including service charge den i said ok nd please do it as soon as possible bt till now i hav'nt received any call from reliance nd if m following the same dey told us dat dis part s nt available in the market... Today almost dey hav taken 15 dazs bt no response from dere side...
        How shameful is reliance service🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭i will not recommend my family nd friends to purchase anything from reliance...

          I had booked a samsung note 10 lite from reliance digital store at db city mall bhopal. While booking the salesman told that the amount was totally refundable. Due to change of plans when i asked him to refund the amount he refused to issue the refund and instead compelled me to take some credit note under which the amount can be spend only in their stores.

            I have purchased a whirlpool washing machine from reliance digital shop velachery, chennai. The technician who came for installation had broken the top lid of the washing machine. I had various follow ups with their customer care and service center. I had experienced much disappointment from their customer service as well as from the shop.

            I have been following up till 20 days from the date of purchase and still i didn't get a proper response from them. Do not shell or trust this reliance digital for your home appliance. I am much fed up with them and would be taking it to the consumer court for their ignorance of their service.

            I am not a reviewer in any forums, i just came here to express my feelings that like me other consumer shouldn't have to trust this bad experience with reliance digital

              I bought a new reconnect washing machine sema automatic 8.2 kg, one and half months ago, recently when the dryer is running suddenly a loud sound came and dryer has been blasted without any reason. Suddenly i raised a complaint in reliance customer care and they said the executive will come 24 hours to 72 hours but none came. I directly went to the showroom and demanded the query as i have paid rs. 1000 additional for extended warranty charges. When i went there the executive has been saying that it would come under warranty as there is a physical damage. How do a consumer will break the dryer inside? Do they have any brain really? And their answer are not compromising too. When i went to buy there they told plenty of reason service, warranty and guarantee coverage but within one and half month the dryer broken and they cannot replace it. I need justice for this and my time has been wasted because of this and my money too. Reliance digital ambattur branch.

                This is jetal ramaiya, deaf (Different abled), hyderabad. We have bought to your shopping for mineral water purifier lg last a year. Last time we have repaid for repairing service and some broken and replace spares. Discussed with lg service about repaired warranty and invoice bill. We have paid amount of 4250 for repaired. We unable to call toll free number and other phone. We are all family deaf.

                Please find to attached copies of invoices bill and invoice bill repairs. We have demand to repayment for repair bill.

                  I want to replace my LG 308L Refrigerator purchased on 26th Jan 2020 in the name of Shah Jagrutiben Mangaldas and got delivery on 31st Jan 2020. But as a result refrigerator is too large to fit in our flat so we want to replace it. During demo only we called store for replacing our refrigerator and purchase other refrigerator of samsung that we chose yesterday, but store is denying to replace after billing. We were not aware of this policy nor we were told regarding the same. Request to please do the needful on urgent basis so as to get satisfaction

Please note down my request to replace my delivered and demonstrated freeze which was wrongly delivered and i am not satisfied at all even this incident becomes mental agony to me.. The actual situation is that i have ordered fully convertible refrigerator but after demonstration on 28.1.2020 around 07:00pm and we got to know that this is another freeze which was not convertible... Then we were very upset and i want to go reliance digital today morning i. E. 29.01.2020 but i am a court official in the hon'ble supreme court of india, so i have to go court in morning but in today evening we got a call from you that how's your demo and i said u delivered one wrong item to me out of two items i. E. Refrigerator and replace it and he said ok sir i will arrange you the executive.. Then i visit today evening to your reliance digital store at v3s mall. Your executive and team leader said please write it on our mail address about miscommunication because i have told them that we want fully convertible refrigerator and in hotch potch on 26.1.2020 they write wrong refrigerator on bill and a miscommunication happened between us so that it's a request to replace my actual refrigerator which was fully convertible refrigerator and resolve it as soon as possible so that i rely on reliance on future... My tax invoice is [protected].. Once again i request you to replace it with my actual ordered freeze.. Which was convertible double door refrigerator of samsung on priority basis.. I will be highly obliged.

                      I have purchased reconnect jive on 23/12/19 and it's been dead on 11/01/20. But they are not doing replacment for the product, they are saying only within 7 days of purchase replacement is available. So they know their product won't last for one month. No responsibility of the he store and resvice team on coustomer. Don't buy reconnet products.

                      Reliance digital at tirunelveli in reliance mall they are doing this type of coustomer service. No quick response and no responsibility.

                      What can i do the product not even worth for one month they are not making replacement. They are playing with coustomer money

                        I had bought a new smartphone oneplus7t worth rs.34999/- from your showroom at reliance digital nagampadam sh mount, kottayam on 22/01/2020. But it has battery drainage. Battery charge will stand for about 12 to 15 hours only. I returned it to the same shop for favourable action on 24/01/2020. But they said that the compliant will clarify from your shop at eranakulam and they will take a disicion. Kindly take necessary action to replace it.

                            I purchased a sony home theater from reliance digital worth rs 26000/-. I swiped 24990 from my credit card for no cost emi (10% cashback offer) and paid rest by cash. I enquired about cashback at the time of buying the product. I was told that it will be credited to your account by the time you pay 2nd emi. I paid my third emi this month, but no single rupee credited to my account. I need to know when i'll get my cashback credited to my account?.

                              I was assured daikin ac with a rate of 40, 270 and apart from that extra price reduction of 600rs by one of your employees. The billing section didn't give us the same offer. This happened at mylapore reliance digital.

                              Giving an offer is not an issue. But from a customer point of view assuring me an amount for a product by an employee and if the same cannot be acknowledged by the store manager, it results in loss of time to the customer. The junior staffs should be aware of the prices and discounts before giving promises to the customers. Or is the entire store faking the customers by giving false promises through the junior staffs.

                                  I bought samsung refrigerator at balanagar reliance show room.
                                  They told the product is a display piece so getting much discount, we will delivery the product with care and do a bubble wrap while delivery. I thought they are taking utmost care but the delivery is not happened in the way they told.

                                  The wheels of fridge are broken and not sure how much inside was damaged, also the samsung box is not there and also the samsung manuals or samsung warranty is not provided.
                                  I raised the complaint but no proper reply.
                                  Cheating with false info and they only concentrating on sales not on customer satisfaction.
                                  I want my money back or i need samsung manuals and warranty card and first hand product not like this one.

                                        I purchased lenavo laptop from your relience store in beta 2 Greater noida branch. From six mth I am facing problem and your staff not supporting me at all.
