[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Complaint against your staff | |||||
Hi there, On dated 08/09/2016, when I went to a Reliance Digital store at Marathahalli (Bangalore) around 11.30 am - 12.30 pm, I saw there a long queue out side the store (people were waiting for jio sim). however I ignored the queue because I had to purchase some other product. but when I entered to the store one person at the door stopped me and asked me whether I went there for jio sim or not. then I said NO. then my friend asked him the procedure to get the jio sim. now on the person didn't even allowed to go in. what the hell man, he continuously shouting and misbehaving to get out from the store. then i told him this the way you are behaving to your customers, then i warned him I will complain against him then the person asking me to take his ID (but didn't given) and do whatever you want to do, then i left that place. So this is the way you are treating your customers, its very pathetic and a holy [censored] way to deal with your customers. for a free jio sim you will loss your business.
