Reliance Digital — Complaint Regarding Defective AC and Poor Service

I am raising a serious complaint regarding the AC purchased from reliance digital on 12 April 2025. Since installation, we have been facing continuous issues including water leakage, ice formation, and poor cooling performance. The installation itself was done poorly, and over the last four months, these problems have only worsened.

Despite multiple complaints and emails, there has been no timely or effective response their service team. The technicians who did visit appeared inexperienced and failed to resolve the issues.

I am extremely disappointed with this level of service. I now request a replacement of the product at the earliest, as the AC appears to be defective.

Please treat this matter as urgent.
